A website is typically 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Apps run 3–4 weeks. Custom software is scoped per project because the range is genuinely wide. Growth campaigns can be live inside a week — we'll give you a date on the first call rather than a range.
Yes. The code, the designs, the ad accounts and the domains are yours. We hand over documentation at the end of every build. We're happy to keep maintaining things, but you should never be stuck with us because nobody else can pick up the work.
Less than you'd think. We need an hour at the start to understand the business, your brand assets, and a review at two or three agreed points. We don't pull you into daily decisions — that's what you're paying us to handle.
You get the numbers. For growth work that's a monthly report on enquiries, cost per acquisition and where the budget went. For builds we monitor performance and errors for the first month at no cost, and offer ongoing support from there if you want it.
Most of our clients are in New Zealand and that's where we're based, but we work remotely and have no restriction on location. Timezone is worth a conversation if you're a long way from NZST.
Build projects are fixed scope and fixed price — you pay for the project, not a retainer. Ongoing growth work is month to month. If it isn't working you can stop, and we'd rather you did than stay out of obligation.
