Draft copy. The narrative on this case study was written from the one-line project description on the current site. This is structural scaffolding expanded from Rebind’s existing site copy and has not been verified. Replace before launch.
The situation
NZ Cash For Cars buys vehicles directly from the public. The business lives or dies on a steady flow of sellers getting in touch, and that flow had become unpredictable — some weeks busy, some weeks silent, with no clear reason why.
What we did
- Rebuilt the Google Ads account around high-intent search terms — people actively looking to sell a car today, rather than anyone researching what theirs might be worth.
- Replaced the generic landing page with one built for a single decision: get a valuation. One form, above the fold, on every campaign.
- Set up conversion tracking properly so spend could be moved toward the keywords producing actual enquiries instead of the ones producing clicks.
The outcome
Within the first month lead intake rose 42% and cost per acquisition fell 26.3%, with the same team handling the calls.
In their words
“Before Rebind, we struggled to get consistent car seller leads. Now our phone keeps ringing thanks to their Google Ads. Super easy process and solid results.”
