The situation
Fix Haus competes for renovation work where the customer is usually contacting three companies at once. Being the easiest to contact matters more than being the most elaborate site.
What we did
- Put the quote form directly in the hero, alongside a phone number and availability, so there is nothing to scroll past before getting in touch.
- Kept the service list short and concrete, in the words customers actually use.
- Designed for phones first — most enquiries in this trade come from someone standing in the room they want changed.
The outcome
A single-purpose site where the primary action is visible before any scrolling.
